At DunePine, we aim to deliver your custom-made furniture with care and in a timely manner across the UAE. Please review our shipping policy for important delivery information.

1. Delivery Timeframe

Our standard delivery time is 7 to 10 working days from order confirmation.
Since all our products are made-to-order, this timeframe includes careful manufacturing, quality checks, and scheduled delivery.

2. Delivery Locations

We offer FREE delivery to all Emirates within the UAE.
For remote areas or locations far from Abu Dhabi city limits, additional delivery charges may apply.

Our team will contact you before dispatch if your location falls into this category.

3. Delivery Scheduling

Once your order is ready, our team will reach out to schedule a convenient delivery time.
Deliveries are typically made during working hours (9am to 6pm), Saturday to Thursday.

4. Free Installation

We provide free installation on all beds and sofas.
Our expert team will assemble the product at your location—no hassle, no extra charge.

5. Access & Fit Responsibility

Please ensure that your building access (e.g., lifts, stairways, doors) can accommodate the ordered items.
In case the product does not fit, a return fee of AED 200 will be deducted from the refund.
Product dimensions are clearly mentioned in each listing, and our team is available to help with measurements before you place an order.

6. Missed Delivery or Rescheduling

If you're not available at the agreed delivery time, we will reschedule at the earliest availability.
A re-delivery charge may apply depending on the reason for the missed delivery.

7. Damaged Items or Issues on Arrival

If your item is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, notify us within 24 hours of delivery at support@dunepine.com.
For a smoother process, please include pictures or videos of the issue.
